Pastor David Nuhfer
Pastor David has been Senior Pastor at Sawmill Baptist since May 2006. He has 20 years of pastoral experience in Ohio, Pennsylvania and Indiana. He was graduated from Ashland (OH) Theological Seminary in May 1992 with a Master of Divinity in Pastoral Ministry. He believes that the purpose of the church is to share that "People matter to God, so they matter to us" and that messages should be practical, personal and life-changing. Both Pastor David and his wife, Paulette, enjoy traveling, strength/cardio-fitness training, and being Pittsburgh Steeler & Penguin fans. They have 2 adult children (Charity and Chad) who live in Pennsylvania and 2 granddaughters (Sienna & Marleigh) whom they both adore. E-mail Pastor David
Pat Castoe - Youth Minister
Pat joined the staff of Sawmill Baptist Church as Youth Minister in May 2009. He is a graduate of Worthington-Kilbourne High School (Class of 2006) and currently attends Columbus State Community College. In addition to his ministry at Sawmill Baptist, he is a Freshman Football Coach at Dublin-Scioto High School as well as the leader of the Dublin-Scioto High School Young Life group, which meets at Sawmill Baptist Church on Monday evenings during the school year. Nursery Care
Deborah Foster supervises our Nursery Ministry every Sunday morning throughout the Sunday School hour and worship service. Having safe and secure care for infants and toddlers is a priority at SBC. Deborah is a certified childcare provider and has been on staff since 1991.
Church Custodians
Dave and Patti Campbell have served as our Church Custodians since 2000. Their tasks include keeping the church facility neat and clean for our guests as well as our members and friends.
